Im planning on visiting both countries this August. According to the State Department I do not need a visa for New Zealand. I need an ETA Visa for Australia. My question is about the ETA visa. When is the right time to apply for this? How long does it usually take? And do they care about your country of birth in this process? (Im a naturalized citizen – was born in India).
