Gday, me and a friend are just sketching up a plan/time frame for a trip at the end of the year. I was hoping for any ideas about the viability of it.

Were both reasonably experienced travelers, having traveled Asia and Western countries before.

Plan: 7 days travel across South to North Vietnam | 11 days through Japan (Starting in Tokyo) | 7 days in South Korea.

Wed be leaving around mid November from Melbourne, Australia.

All our times in each of the countries is totally up for change, were just curious to see if it will time out well and well have enough time in each country to properly background its Culture/Cuisine/Landscape.
