Hi all

Partner, and I will be getting two weeks off at some point over December/January (though most likely neither Christmas nor New Years) and we want to plan a trip.

Wed like to go to Europe and do two countries during that time if we can fit them. Well be flying from Australia so the flight time alone will take a couple of days off our trip.

Would love to get ideas for good countries to pair together, and what to do there.
