Alright, so Im a 26 year old Chilean guy currently backpacking in Australia on a Work & Holiday visa. Im going on a trip in Southeast Asia for about 4 months after my visa expires in February and then Im going to make my way back to Chile through Europe.

I arrive in Paris from Kuala Lumpur on May 26. This is the basic idea afterwards:

Do some sightseeing before leaving for Nice and then do something there. Spend the night in Nice.

Nice, Monaco, Ventimiglia
Leave early for Monaco taking a train from Nice and arrive before 11:00. Go to Formula 1 race, which starts at 14:00 and is done by 19:30. Do some light sightseeing before taking the train to Ventimiglia at 23:30. Possibly spend a few hours at the Ventimiglia station, rather than sleeping, before continuing the trip.

Continue the trip from the Ventimiglia train station to Bologna. Do some tourism there and spend the night in Bologna.

Bologna, SantAgata, Bologna, London
Go to SantAgata in the early morning in order to be at the Lamborghini factory at 10:00 for a tour. Be back at Bologna by 17:00 for a flight to London. Spend the night in London.

Do some sightseeing in London and eventually take a bus or whatever to Birmingham. I have some friends there so Ill be staying a few days in Birmingham.

The only things set in stone are the Monaco Grand Prix and the Lamborghini factory tour, as well as my arrival date. Everything else is rather flexible.

Now:

The only reason I arrive in France is because it was easier and cheaper to get from there to Monaco, especially when the starting point is Kuala Lumpur.
The only reason for the stopping points in Nice and Ventimiglia is that staying the night in Monaco is probably expensive as hell and not really worth it in my ignorant opinion.
The only reason for the Italian detour is that I want to go see how Lamborghinis are made.
The only reason for me to go to England is for me to see my friends.
The only reason for going back to Paris after England is that its cheaper to go from there back to Chile than from elsewhere.

Being in London and Paris just kinda works out too, and Im curious to see what they have to offer, but to be honest I dont care if I miss the very touristy stuff as it wasnt the objective of the trip in the first place. But of course I want to make the most out of it. I just have nothing planned for when Im there. Any ideas? Tips for transportation? Comments on how stupidly busy and complicated this might be?
