Ive, looked around here and elsewhere online and havent found the answers that Im looking for yet… I have dual cit with Canada and UK (am applying for my Aus visa on my Canadian passport) and will hopefully be in Australia for 1-2 years. I am wondering if Im eligible for Medicare with my UK passport even if my Australian visa will be on my other passport? Also, if I am eligible would any UK backpackers be able to suggest if having Medicare is enough or I should invest in travel insurance as well. Thank you!
