I have been planning on visiting the Caribbean in early January. I recently chose Punta Cana as my destination as it is relatively cheap when compared to other destinations. Ill be going with my older brother. We are 19 and 21 respectively (in college). Im posting in this sub because I was hoping the users here could give me some insight into my choices for the resorts. We want to go to a resort with a lot of young adults our age so that we can meet new people and have a good time with them. Ive already done some research and found a few resorts to fit our budget ($1000-$1400/person). So far Ive thought of the Grand Bahia resorts (dont know which Grand Bahia resort is the best, anyone know?), Riu Palace Punta Cana, Grand Palladium Punta Cana, Grand Paladium Bavaro, Iberostar Bavaro, and Paradisus Punta Cana. Which one of these resorts are good for two young adults? Id prefer the resort to have bars that stay open until late (2-3am).

Im really clueless when it comes to booking vacations. Especially resorts since this will be my first time in the caribbean. I just want to make sure I choose the right place. Thank you very much to those who can help me 🙂
