I (21, F) am thinking about booking a RTW ticket for next year. Im studying abroad in Tanzania from August to December, then was going to see a bit more of Africa, SE Asia, and Australia and fly home. I would probably allocate 3-5 weeks per locale and travel overland once Im there. Has anyone travelled alone for 3 or 4 months? Ive done solo travel before but not for nearly this long and Im a little apprehensive. Im not crazy about being alone (so I think this might be good for me), but also know that I will meet people along the way. I could also just keep it simple and fly into Kilimanjaro and out of Sydney like a month after my program ends. Recommendations/experiences/wisdom would be appreciated
