Moving to Italy in September, as part of my visa requirement i need to have YEAR ROUND insurance with "Proof of medical travel insurance (minimum coverage required is 30.000 Euro = CAD 50.000)"

Im doing some shopping around and trying to find the cheapest one but am having difficulty doing so. Anyone with background could you please help! i see alot of companies but they dont offer year round insurance and some that do are wanting like 1000 bucks but it has extra stuff that I dont need on the insurance.

Again just looking for the cheapest , most basic insurance that would meet those requirements. Thanks!
