From London Stansted to King’s Cross

So me and the old lady have tickets from Tallinn to London via Ryanair. Our goal is to get from Stansted to Kings Cross so we can catch the train up to Edinburgh. Problem is the plane lands at 1300 and the train departs at 1500. Would you guys say this is enough time?
