Australia Northern Territory tours (Alice springs and Kakadu)

Hi! Im planning to go to Darwin in end may-early June. Im planning to do Darwin, Kakadu and litchfield, and Alice springs and Ayers Rock. Can I check if I can wear shorts in daytime? 20-25 degrees Celsius seems a bit too cold for shorts? And do you have any ideas for tours? There are so many agencies out there! Im planning to do a 3 days Kakadu and 3 days Alice springs tour 🙂 thanks!!!
