I am thinking of traveling from Melbourne to America for 4 weeks then to Canada for a week or two. I want to visit the touristy spots and just generally travel America.

I am looking for a ballpark price. I am aware of how much the flight is but finding out the price when accommodating all of the travel expenses is proving tricky. If anyone has ever done this I was wonderign if you could tell me roughly how much it cost? I plan on going in January-February 2017.
