Looking to start planning my trip to Australia & New Zealand. I am looking to spend around 3 weeks and will be flying out of Toronto, Canada. I have a budget of about 5000 so I was wondering what would be the best time to fly to get cheap tickets all the while having decent enough weather to see things properly.
