I have a 12 month trip coming up across the western U.S. Ill be hitch hiking the whole way and sleeping outside as well. Afterwards Id like to do another 12 months. In New Zealand, Australia and possibly Thailand as well. Wanting to know if there are any hacks to getting from California to NZ or AU like taking a boat or something for less than $500.
