Looking for nice resort ideas in the US territories in the Caribbean area. (St. Johns, Vieques, St. Croix, etc) that have good wifi / LTE on or near the beach and pool areas. I have tmobile for my phone plan that looks like Vieques might get some LTE from the main island on the northwest shore, but dont want to get there and find out that its really spotty.

Ideal place im looking for is an ocean front room/villa, excellent food onsite or nearby, lots of drinks, clear/beautiful water, spotify/netflix & email at the beach and pool, little to no kids. Budget for everything is ~1100/day in early March for 2 ppl but obv can be less.
