Have you Undertaken examination for an Australian visa in the last 12 months?

I dont understand how to answer this question. This is my first time applying for a Visa and Ive never had a health examination for anu Visa. However, Im worried if I reply No, Ill have to get one and I plan on leaving at the end of the month.
