Im planning a London to Sydney trip across Europe and through Russia on the Trans-Mongolian Railway, ending up in Beijing, and then heading south visiting countries in Southeast Asia, before finishing up by going across Australia. Its really got me interested in various routes through other continents as well. What would be the best way to travel through South America for example? Going overland on a practical route, not massively going out of the way for just one destination for example. How about Europe? Im just curious if any of you travelers out there plan trips like this through continents overland, and if so, what routes have you taken? Thanks 🙂
