Hi , sorry for following block of text!! I have booked a ticket to Canada for the 30th December to 12th of January . original plan was to meet SOs family in Toronto , then visit Quebec city and Montreal. As of yesterday , found out I had been cheated on several times so I am now going to Canada alone (non refundable 500euro ticket) which Im okay with as Ive done solo travelling before, however little concerned that Ill be alone for new years Eve, it seems a little depressing considering the rawness/anger over the whole situation. I dont think Ill be hanging in Toronto , Im probably going to spend the majority of the trip in either Quebec city or downtown Montreal near the Latin quarter, Ive actually never been to Canada before so looking for the names of some good hostels in the area where I could make some friends and have new years eve buddies ! Im 24 so I guess places that attract that sort of age range.
