So, in May, my girlfriend and I will be going on a road trip to Niagara Falls and I will be driving there from Chicago, IL. We have roughly 1.5 weeks to go on a road trip. Our plan was to go to the Niagara falls and then go to Toronto. After much research, it seems there arent too much to do in Toronto and Niagara Falls, or enough to fill up an entire week. I would like to visit other places that arent too much of a detour, although I do not mind driving, since I commute 4 hours everyday to go to school… I would imagine that around $3000, will be plenty enough. We were, also, thinking about stopping by Herseys World in PA (Chocolate!! <3), Kalahari in OH (Loved the Kalahari in Wisconsin), Cincinnati in OH, or downtown Detroit, although I dont know if it is safe to go to detroit. So, I think Toronto and Niagara Falls is a sure spot, but what are some places to visit? Since there is a budget limitation, I dont think places too expensive, such as, New York will be very smart to go. Thank you for all comments in advance 🙂
