Hey there, prepping for a Christmas trip soon and usually I carry on presents but one present is outside the size perimeters for carry on and I am going to check it due to being an international flight.
I am going to ask for the fragile tags but I was thinking about wrapping my luggage this time around just in case the case pops open/added protection. Ive seen it so many times, just never done it.
Added suckage- My home airport doesnt have a station.
So my questions are:
Does wrapping luggage actually help with keeping things fragile intact? What has been your experience?
What if you dont have a wrapping station on site? Can you buy that Rhino Wrap off amazon and do it/bust out to the store and buy some cling wrap and hope for the best? Will TSA look at you like your crazy?
Thanks!
