I have no money for my trip

Well, something happened. I like to call, fucking bullshit. Okay then! So guess what, I waited for the last minute and now the bank has limited my ATM withdrawal and Im flying to Europe. I do have a Visa credit-card if that helps. So, how fucked am I?
