I am quitting my job of 3 years and moving from Australia to England. On the way I have 4 months to spend wherever I like. It feels like an overwhelming decision and without too much knowledge of the EU Im unsure where to start. Ive been suggest Lagos, Portugal by a friend, and have also read that the Caribbean is nice at that time of year.

A little context:

Travel History: India, Singapore, Malaysia.

Length: 4 months

Budget: AU$10k/US$7k/EU$6k (with a little saved for when I settle in London)

Climate: I realise travelling to Europe early in the year has me in for some cold weather but if some warmer weather is around, Id prefer it.

Interests: Breakfast, food in general really, nightlife, finding obscure activities, local spots, ice cream, inebriants.

Never done but would love to: Skiing, Surfing, Skydiving, Mountain Climbing, Hiking, Deep Sea Diving, Parasailing, Big Music Festivals, Golfing, White Water Rafting, Bungee Jumping, I think you get it…
